SHIPPING RATES 
Shipping is done through our couriers UPS and DPD. This may change from time to time. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a one off £10 regardless of your weight and volume of your products as well as your location within the UK. Scottish Highlands, Jersey and Northern Ireland incur an extra cost of £10. For orders outside UK all taxes, duties and VAT if applicable, will defer and it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges when the order arrives in their destination country. We also ship worldwide via our couriers. Shipping is Monday - Friday, Next day delivery if order received before 12pm. 

FREE SHIPPING OVER £30
OUTRIVALS EQUIPMENT offers free shipping for orders over £30 for the UK. This is valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promo.
Please note that the cost of the product must be over the value of £30 for the free shipping rule to apply. VAT is excluded from the overall cost of the order. The code will automatically apply if you qualify for free shipping.  

CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE
Click & Collect service has been suspended during Covid - 19 to abide by Government legislation. 

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

IF YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you’ve made a purchase and would like to cancel it, you can do so if you notify us within 14 days of receipt of cancellable goods. Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.


To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are obliged to organise and pay for the return of the item(s). We recommend you consider using a trackable delivery service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items.


When returning your item, please provide the below information:

You must do this before sending any items back.

IF GOODS ARE FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
If you’ve received goods and within 30 days of receipt, they are faulty, damaged or not as described then we can offer a refund, repair or replacement. We will arrange and pay for collection of the goods, along with delivery of a replacement if applicable.


If you’ve had the items for longer than 30 days’ we will not offer a full refund but will still repair or replace the items as long as it’s within the warranty period, and stock is available.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your OUTRIVALS EQUIPMENT products. However, at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. If this happens you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I NO LONGER REQUIRE?
- Repackage the item in its original packaging and with the item tags included.
- Add the following to your order:

- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- Once the item has been inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item.
- It sometimes takes up to 14 business days for refunds to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
- Repackage the item in its original packaging and with the item tags included.
- Fill out the following details on a piece of paper and add to the packaging inside by folding the form in half:

• Images of the fault/damaged item (s):
- Once these steps have been completed, contact our Customer Service team on our website or by emailing equipment@outrivals.com stating the reason for the return.
- Our team will then arrange a courier to collect this item from you within the next 24-48 hours.
- Once the item has been inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item.
- It sometimes takes up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions.

COST OF RETURNS
- Any costs for returning an item must be covered by you the client (unless the product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect item). 

RECOMMENDED COURIER
- Our recommended courier is UPS or DPD but you can select a courier of your choice providing your item arrives in an adequate condition.

WARRANTY
- All OUTRIVALS EQUIPMENT branded equipment is covered by a limited 12-month warranty.
- Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- All goods must be in a new resalable condition the product must not be defective or used by the client and contain all original parts and accessories. This must include all original packaging and tags.
- We may decline a return or exchange during the process if the items returned have been damaged or any of the above stipulations have not been met.  
- We will only refund a delivery charge when there has been a direct error in the delivery process. Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries made by the courier.
- Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected.
- Please clearly state the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange on the piece of paper inside the packaging.
- Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available in stock.
- This option is available within 30 days of the delivery and item must not be in used in that period. -If the preferred size or colour is not available, or you want a different product, please return the unwanted product, and place a new order.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

- Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
