KB Clean & Press technique - Video Tutorial
The Kettlebell Clean and Press combines two exercises: the Kettlebell Clean and the Overhead Press.
Combining these Kettlebell exercises into one fluid movement will work over 600 muscles in the body and put great demands on your cardiovascular system.
Here what you need to keep in mind:
- KB starts between your ankles
- Point the thumb backwards
- Tuck your elbows in
- Flip the KB over on the way back down
- Keep everything along a straight line central & close to your body!
We recommend practising the exercises individually before performing it as one complete movement.
